What is Quid Pro Quo, and what has to be present in order to determine that a Quid Pro Quo exists?  I wanted to take a blog to explain this to people who may not completely understand the subject. QUID PRO QUO - Something Given or Received for Something Else. I have been thinking quite a bit lately about some requests asked of me in recent weeks.  Three people asked at different times if I was ever going to write something positive about President Trump, as most all of my Blogs are centered around negative news regarding the president and those who are within his inner circle, as well as the things he has said and done that don't live up to the standards of the office he holds, or the definition of human decency.  The more I thought about the request, the more I became upset.  You see, over the past year-and-a-half, there have been a small handful of positive things that have come out of the Trump Presidency, but to me, none of that matters because of everything else.  Doing a couple of good things doesn't absolve all of the hate, lies, rhetoric, misogyny, bigotry, racism, arrogance, egotism, and narcissism.  A person like Trump, who refuses to stop outright lying to t...

TRUMP.  Let me tally up just some of the things...  1. Filed bankruptcy numerous times.  2. Has had countless business failures over decades that no one seems to talk about enough. 3. Has spoken over 4,300 lies and mistruths (and counting) since taking office a year and a half ago.  Has recently averaged around 8 lies per day and is getting worse. 4. Bragged about having power over women and being able to "grab them by the pussy." 5. Bragged about watching pageant contestants undress at his pageants. 6. Has been accused by many women of sexual harassment. 7. Referred to one of his accusers as not good enough for him to even consider.  8. Denigrated a war hero by saying that he prefers heroes who don't get captured. 9. Mocked a handicapped person. 10. Denigrated 2 minority gold star families. 11. During a celebration of the code talkers from the war, referred to a member of Congress as Pocaho...

The number one topic of discussion surrounding the Mueller Investigation right now is the Trump Tower Meeting that took place in 2016 during Trump's campaign for Presidency.  Why is it the topic of discussion right now?  Well, let's just say it is partly because the Trumps can't seem to get their "Facts" (Lies) straight regarding the meeting, how it was set up, what it was about, and who knew what when.  Donald Trump has denied having advanced knowledge of the Trump Tower Meeting since it hit the news last year, but the evidence and timelines just seem to point to a different set of facts...he knew.  I am going to walk you through the timeline of events and correspondence and you can come to your own conclusion, but I think it is fairly obvious when you put everything together.  Let's start with who was at this meeting in June of 2016.  You had Donald Trump Jr., Jared Kushner (Son-in-Law and Senior Advisor to Trump), Paul Manafort (FMR Campaign Chairm...

Today the President Tweeted, "As has been stated by numerous legal scholars, I have the absolute right to PARDON myself, but why would I do that when I have done nothing wrong?  In the meantime, the never ending Witch Hunt, led by 13 very Angry and Conflicted Democrats (& others) continues into the mid-terms!" I have had a very difficult time dealing with the happenings within the Administration over the past 16 Months.  I can barely stomach the outright lies and deception that have occurred on a scale never before seen in Washington.  What makes my stomach turn more than anything though is the current spin being drummed up by the President and his closest allies to discredit the Mueller Investigation, Department of Justice, Free Press, and individuals who have been doing their jobs and who happen to be closing in on subjects that hit exceptionally close to the President himself.
